The Wild Waves Water Park will be closed from 24 May – 21 June 2021 for annual maintenance.

Home to some of the world's best water rides, Wild Waves Water Park at Wild Coast Sun offers thrill-seekers a wide selection of adrenalin-pumping slides including the Aqualoop, Superbowl, Boomerango and two steep body slides. With an exciting assortment of water slides to choose from, there's something for everyone at Wild Coast Sun Water Park. Designed to international aquatic park standards, there's also a designated children's area while those looking for a little relaxation can linger along the Lazy River.

Entry Fees

If you're a hotel guest at the Wild Coast Sun, you get complimentary access to the Wild Waves Water Park. Entry Fee rates apply for day visitors who want to spend their time lazing on the palm-fringed beach or riding the action-packed water slides. The Wild Waves Water Park entrance fee at the Wild Coast Sun is from R115 per person, with discounted prices available for children and senior citizens.

The Wild Waves Water Park will be closed every year for a month between May and July for annual maintenance.

The Wild Waves Water Parkmay be closed or close early due to private functions on an ad-hoc basis.

Follow the tar road around the outside of the Water Park, towards the lagoon.

It is located behind the Water Park. Follow the tar road towards the lagoon as if going to the beach.

No, only water in plastic containers is permitted.
No alcohol allowed.

You pay for towels, lockers, umbrellas, lifejackets and chairs at the front counters or at the redemption counter. Once you have paid for the item you have rented, you will then collect it at the towel kiosk behind the change rooms. Lockers are situated inside the change rooms.

Only synthetic costumes or proper swimming attire may be worn on the slides. Cotton T-shirts, denim pants, belts, studded shorts are not allowed as the materials will damage the slides.

Yes. We take Diamond, Platinum and Gold Sun MVG main cards ONLY. The owner of the main card needs to be present on the purchase of the tickets.

There is an shop that sells a limited number of assorted local beers and ciders, they also sell swim wear.
